Construction, LLC. is a Greater New Orleans construction company that specializes in home renovation, construction management, and design-build.  We pride ourselves on strong relationships with you to provide the reality of your dream home. We partner with banks and mortgage companies to help process clients home loans or help budget personal finances.

Charles Elders started S.I.B. Construction, LLC. over 15 years ago with a dream to provide for his family, become self-reliant and grow a legacy.  This plan gave his family a chance to participate in the growth of S.I.B. Construction. While, Mr. Elders is the principal force behind the company his wife, Montrice Elders, works behind the scenes with design and clerical work, to make sure everything moves smoothly and their two teenage boys, Arell and Christian, pitch in with on-site work.
